A college education is one of the best investments in a child’s future.  It is also one of the most expensive.  This site will assist you in researching the various college savings options.  

There are over one hundred 529 Plans in existence; most are sponsored by states.  These plans can be either savings plans or pre-paid tuition plans.  Additionally, the Private College 529 Plan is a pre-paid tuition plan that is sponsored by a consortium of private colleges and universities.  Notre Dame is one of nearly 300 schools that participate in this plan.
